We are seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator to join our team in Odhav, Ahmedabad, within the Chemical Manufacturing industry. The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by ensuring effective coordination between customers and internal departments throughout the sales process, from inquiry to order and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and managing order coordination. The Sales Coordinator will work closely with the sales, production, dispatch, stores, and accounts teams to ensure seamless operations. Additionally, the role involves managing sample requests, dispatches, customer feedback, and trial follow-ups. The Sales Coordinator will also follow up on outstanding payments and maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP systems, sales trackers, and MIS reports. Timely customer follow-ups and ensuring smooth sales operations are essential aspects of this position.





The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 5 years of experience in Sales Coordination or Sales Support, preferably within the Chemical Manufacturing sector. Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM/ERP systems, and MIS reporting is required. Solid communication, coordination, and follow-up skills are essential, along with a good command of English, Hindi, and Gujarati. A graduate degree in any discipline is required, with a preference for candidates holding a B.Sc. in Chemistry or a background in Commerce.
