Qualification: BE/BTECH Mechanical engineer

Experience Requirements
Robust Technical Knowledge of Wind turbine Generator
5 years of experience in supplier quality of WTG manufacturing unit.
NDT certification and knowledge in welding qualification.

Roles & Responsibility
To prepare and finalize ITP & procedure as per project requirements.
Conduct Inspection as per ITP & procedure.
Review contract specifications.
Review of report as per ITP/Procedure & verify compliance report and issuance of MDCC.
Understand the project quality requirement and implementation.
Ensures compliance with the customer requirements, quality policy, company standards, regulatory and external standards.
Improvement in process to reduce rework, rejections. Capture.
To prepare RCA for non-conformity.
Responsible for maintaining quality standards across projects carrying out inspection & supplier audit.
