Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance for end to end tranche processing of working capital in liaison with IT and operations team. On a monthly basis over 8000 tranches are to be processed without any Job role involves: Chance sizing for working capital Limit Evaluation and recommendation for Retailer Finance managing timely repayment from DPD dealers and highlighting any concerns. Driving activation of working capital product through business teams NSM/ ZSM/ Anchor:Have high ambitions - Inspires the team to aim for higher targets and supports in achieving themOwn It - Acknowledges uncertainty and makes changes in own decisions/ actions for better outcomes
Duties and Responsibilities
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES(Accountabilities associated with the job) end to end tranche processing and ensure timely RTGS and alignment with IT/Operations/Risk/OEM team multiple rebate amount and get it approved from Finance team<
