Role Description This full-time, on-site Recruitment Executive role is based in South Delhi. The Recruitment Executive will manage the end-to-end hiring process, including understanding client requirements, drafting and refining job descriptions, and sourcing suitable candidates through various channels. Daily responsibilities include screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interview schedules with clients, and maintaining candidate records. The role also involves regular communication with clients and candidates, updating them on hiring progress, and ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment experience.



The Recruitment Executive will collaborate with the internal team to meet placement targets and support continuous improvement in recruitment practices.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Job Description Development and a clear understanding of role requirements.
Candidates should possess skills in Hiring and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for effective interaction with clients and candidates.
Candidates should possess Interviewing skills for conducting candidate assessments and evaluating fit.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field are beneficial.
Previous experience in recruitment or staffing, particularly in consultancy or agency environments, is an advantage.
Ability to work in office in South Delhi, manage multiple requirements, and meet timelines and targets.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with basic computer applications and recruitment tools.
