Job Description:
Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory/area.
Manage General Trade distributors and retail outlets
Identify recent business opportunities and expand market coverage.
Lead, guide, and monitor Sales Officers/field teams.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and execution of trade schemes.
Track competitor activities and market trends.
Review sales performance and prepare reports/MIS.
Ensure timely collections and control outstanding payments.
