Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Navi Mumbai. The specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage existing client relationships, and support the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing quotations and proposals, coordinating product demonstrations, and maintaining accurate sales records and reports. The role involves collaborating with marketing to execute campaigns, develop promotional materials,



and participate in trade shows or customer events as needed. The specialist will also provide customer service support, gather feedback, and assist in training clients or internal teams on product features and perks.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and respond promptly to client needs.
Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, along with basic Sales Management capabilities.
Candidates should possess Training skills to support product presentations, client onboarding, and internal knowledge sharing.
Candidates should possess basic marketing awareness, including understanding of promotions, branding, and market positioning.
Relevant experience in industrial products, manufacturing, or B2B sales is beneficial.
Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
