OroCraft Jewellery is establishing India's first dedicated 24KT gold jewellery manufacturing house, positioning purity as a new category in the Indian market. We are seeking a Receptionist / Admin Assistant to be the welcoming face of our office and to support day-to-day administrative operations. This is an excellent entry-level chance for someone organised, presentable, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and attend to visitors, clients, and guests in a warm and qualified manner
Manage the front desk, incoming calls, and correspondence, directing them to the right person
Handle courier, mail, and package coordination
Purchase and maintain office stationery, pantry supplies, and other consumables
Maintain office upkeep and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff
Support scheduling, meeting arrangements, and visitor coordination




Assist with basic administrative tasks, filing, and record-keeping
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and small purchases
Support the HR and admin team with day-to-day tasks as required

Requirements
No or minimal prior experience required — freshers are welcome
A pleasant, presentable, and professional demeanour
Positive communication skills in English and Hindi
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, email)
Strong organisational skills and a willingness to learn
A collaborative, hands-on approach, with the flexibility to take on responsibilities beyond the defined role
