Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Handling Escrow Account Operations and related transaction processing.
Ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and operational controls.
Managing end-to-end documentation for escrow accounts, agreements, and client requests.
Coordination with internal stakeholders such as Relationship Managers, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Finance teams.
Preparation and maintenance of MIS, operational reports, and exception tracking.
Monitoring account activities and ensuring timely resolution of operational queries.
Supporting client servicing requirements related to escrow arrangements and transaction execution.
Maintaining accuracy of records and adherence to TATs.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in Banking Operations / Escrow Operations / Transaction Banking Operations.
Positive understanding of account documentation and operational processes.
Solid analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of WBG operations and banking documentation will be preferred.
Proficient in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
