Follow cGMP, GDP, SOPs, and data integrity requirements.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as USFDA, MHRA, WHO-GMP, and EU-GMP where applicable.
Participate in audits and support inspection activities
ecord all production activities in BMR/BPR accurately and timely.
Maintain equipment logbooks and cleaning records.
Report deviations, breakdowns, and abnormalities immediately to the supervisor.Operate tablet compression machines as per approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
Set up tooling, punches, dies, feeders, and machine parameters.
Perform startup, in-process, and shutdown activities of compression equipment.
Ensure proper machine cleaning and line clearance before batch commencement.
