Role Description This is a full-time, in office Teacher role based in Gwalior. The Teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and learning objectives, using a variety of teaching methods to support diverse learners. Daily responsibilities include classroom instruction, preparing teaching materials, assessing student performance, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records of progress. The Teacher will also manage classroom behavior, communicate regularly with parents and guardians, participate in staff meetings and training sessions,



and contribute to school activities and events. Collaboration with colleagues to improve teaching practices and support the overall learning setting is an important part of this role.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Teaching and Education skills, with experience delivering curriculum-based lessons.
Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning skills to design structured, age-appropriate learning activities.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for interacting with students, families, and colleagues.
Candidates should possess Training and instructional skills to guide and support student learning and development.
Relevant degree or diploma in Education or a related field is preferred.
Prior teaching experience in a school setting is beneficial.
Ability to manage classrooms, adapt to different learning styles, and use basic educational technology.
