JOB DESCRIPTION

Conduct in-process and line inspections across hot forging, cold forging, coining, and related manufacturing operations.

Perform dimensional inspections using Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, dial indicators, and thread gauges.

Identify non-conforming products, control rejection and rework, and coordinate corrective actions with production teams.

Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to prevent recurring quality issues.

Maintain inspection reports, calibration records,



control plans, and ISO 9001 / IATF 16949-related quality documentation.
