Position: Asst. Manager – Painting & Assembly Shop

Location:Daman

Experience: 8 - 10 Years

Responsibilities
Plan and manage day-to-day Painting & Assembly Shop Operations
Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule and quality standards
Ensure optimum utilization of resources
Supervise finishing activities, surface preparation, coating & curing.
Ensure correct application of paints/coatings as per WPS, DFT, shade, and customer specifications.
Monitor consumption of LPG, powder, mixing ratios, and control wastage.
Ensure compliance with powder manufacturer guidelines and inspection standards (DFT, adhesion, visual).
Coordinate with QA/QC for stage inspections and final clearance.
Cost & Efficiency Improvement
Evaluate skill gaps and conduct on-the-job training.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Lean, TPM)

Knowledge of quality standards and safety practices
Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical

Salary :- Upto 6.00 LPA
