Position:Asst. Manager - Machine Shop

Location:Daman

Experience: 10 -12 Years

Industries:Engineering

Responsibilities
Plan and manage daily machine shop operations.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule and quality standards
Optimize utilization of machines, manpower, tools, and materials
Implement and monitor Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, Kaizen
Control manufacturing costs, scrap, rework, and downtime
Lead, train, and develop machine shop supervisors, engineers, and operators
Coordinate with PPC, Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, and Stores
Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and environmental norms
Monitor machine maintenance and breakdown reduction
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure adherence to quality systems

Expertise in scheduling, problem-solving, project management, cost control

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical

Salary :- Upto 9.50 LPA
