Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students & parents about courses, career opportunities, and the admission process.
Convert inquiries into admissions through effective follow-ups and career guidance.
Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets.
Manage leads from walk-ins, calls, website, and digital campaigns.
Build robust relationships with students to ensure trust and enrollment commitment.
Maintain accurate admission records and provide daily/weekly reports to management.
Coordinate with academic & marketing teams to ensure smooth admission processes.
Requirements:
Graduate/PG in any discipline (MBA preferred).
2–6 years of experience in admissions / counselling / sales/education business development.
Solid communication & convincing skills.
Target-oriented with proven track record of achieving sales/admission goals.
Familiarity with technical/IT courses is a plus.
