Store development - Shop tools handling, Ordering for Store Equipment,
material management & Control
Explicit communication and team leadership
Basic math and computer skills
Problem-solving in busy moments
Positive time management and organization
Daily Operations: Open and close the store, keep the shop clean, and make sure safety rules are met.
Staff Leadership: Hire, train, schedule shifts, and motivate team members.
Stock Control: Count inventory, order recent products, and stop theft or waste.
