Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support daily sales operations and coordinate with field sales teams, distributors, and internal departments. The role involves telephonic coordination, order tracking, reporting, and follow-ups to ensure smooth sales operations and timely resolution of queries.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with field sales teams to collect orders, updates, and market feedback.

Communicate with distributors, stockists, and retailers regarding orders, dispatches, and related queries.

Coordinate with Finance and Accounts for invoicing, payment follow-ups, and credit-limit clearances.

Liaise with the Marketing team regarding promotional schemes and marketing material dispatch.

Follow up on pending tasks, targets, and action items with the sales team.

Maintain and update trackers for orders, complaints, and stakeholder communication.

Coordinate with Logistics, Supply Chain, and other departments for timely order processing.





Escalate pending issues to the relevant departments and follow up for resolution.

Schedule sales meetings and maintain sales reports and records.

Support management with regular updates and reporting.

Required Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline.

2–5 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or back-office sales operations.

Experience coordinating with distributors, stockists, retailers, or field sales teams is preferred.

Valuable verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM software.

Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems will be an advantage.

Valuable organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
