Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Jagatpur, Cuttack
Travel Requirement: Must be willing to travel frequently (up to 75% of the time)

Required Qualifications:
Must have completed Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR compliances in electricity distribution
A two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

Preferred Qualification:
Minimum 1 year of current or recent experience as an HR in TATA Power DISCOM BA (Business Associate)

Required Skill Set:
Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
Solid interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a energetic, field-intensive environment

Roles and Responsibilities:
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding and offboarding.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll in compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements.




Ensure all HR practices adhere to applicable labour laws and TATA DISCOM compliance norms.
Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns; ensure fair resolution in line with company policies.
Must be open to extensive travel (up to 75% field visits).
Adaptable and resilient in quick-paced, result-centric environments.
High sense of ownership and accountability.
Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned as per business and compliance requirement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹240,000.00 per year
