Loss Prevention & Shrinkage Control
Prevent theft, pilferage, mismatch picks, short picks, and internal losses across inbound, storage, picking, and dispatch.
Monitor high-risk SKUs, fresh (F&V;), and rapid-moving items.
Track shrinkage trends and conduct root-cause analysis with recovery actions.
Inbound, Storage & Outbound Control
Verify inbound material against PO/system entries for quantity, quality, and condition.
Ensure segregation, stacking, FIFO/FEFO adherence, zoning, and cold-chain compliance.
Monitor outbound accuracy including invoice verification, scanning, and vehicle loading.
Control damaged, expired, RTV, dump, and return inventory movement.
PR (Purchase Return) Control
Track PRs on a daily basis with help of OPS.
Ensure PR remains within defined targets.
Ensure PR closures within approved TAT.
Manpower & Vendor Discipline
Monitor discipline of warehouse staff, pickers, loaders, housekeeping, and vendors.
Coordinate with security guards, bouncers, and QRT teams during escalations.
Support underage ID, duplicate ID, and impersonation checks with Ops and HR.
