Job Description:
We are looking for a Packing Supervisor with 2–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical manufacturing, preferably in tablet, capsule, or sachet packing.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Coordinate with Production, QA, and Warehouse teams to ensure timely packing and dispatch.
Monitor packing materials, machine performance, and product quality.
Maintain batch packing records, BPR/BPR-related documentation, and line clearance.
Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and hygiene standards.
Handle manpower allocation and monitor packing line productivity.
Supervise daily packing operations for tablets, capsules, and sachets.
