Location: Kochi

Experience: 8+ years in Core Recruitment & HR Generalist Activities

Qualification: MBA / PG in HR

Salary: 45,000 – 50,000 per month

Job Summary: Lead the HR function, overseeing recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and generalist activities while coordinating directly with the Directors.

Key Requirements:
Robust experience in end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and HR management.
Experience in the Financial Services / NBFC industry will be an added advantage.
Ability to manage HR functions independently and coordinate directly with Directors.
Male candidates preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning.
Oversee HR operations, attendance, leave, and employee records.
Handle employee engagement, grievance management,



and HR policies.
Manage performance management and employee lifecycle activities.
Ensure HR compliance and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with Directors on HR strategies and workforce requirements.
