Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled L3 Network Associate with solid expertise in enterprise network operations, troubleshooting, and design across LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, security, and monitoring platforms. The role requires deep technical capabilities to handle complex incidents (P1/P2), escalations, and network optimization, along with supporting design validation and architectural improvements.

Ability to handle high-severity incidents (P1/P2)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead troubleshooting efforts and mentor L1/L2 engineers
Proactive and ownership-driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Cisco certifications (CCNP / CCIE preferred)
Fortinet certifications (NSE) added advantage
Experience in enterprise / global network environments

Role Expectations
Act as technical SME for network domain
Ensure minimal downtime and quick resolution of critical issues
Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives
Support network transformation and modernization projects
