Position: 3DX Operation Support Engineer

Overall Experience: 4–8 Years

Relevant Experience: 4+ Years

Location: Pune

Qualification: BE / B.Tech

Domain: PLM (Product Lifecycle Management)

Mandatory Skills
Hands-on experience with 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX).
Solid knowledge of Change Actions (CAs), Change Requests (CRs), and Change Orders (COs).
Experience with 3DX applications, particularly Change Management.
Ability to troubleshoot change workflows, object relationships, and permissions.

Key Responsibilities
Support the creation, review, and approval of Change Actions (CAs), Change Requests (CRs), and Change Orders (COs) in 3DEXPERIENCE.
Ensure proper linkage between impacted items, revisions, and associated documentation.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing,



and quality teams to gather and validate change-related data.
Monitor change workflows and ensure timely progression through lifecycle stages.
Maintain data integrity and compliance with internal and industry standards.
Provide training and support to users on 3DX Change Management processes and tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to change workflows, object relationships, and permissions.
Generate reports and dashboards to track change metrics and KPIs.
Work with 3DX applications such as Change Management, Engineering Central, and Product Structure Editor.
Apply knowledge of 3DX workflow configuration and customization.

Candidates with strong PLM knowledge, hands-on 3DEXPERIENCE support experience, expertise in Change Management processes, and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize workflows.
