Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Executive with proven sales experience to drive business growth, acquire recent customers, and build solid client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through field sales, telecalling, and direct customer interactions.
Acquire new customers, merchants, and business partners.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Explain company products and services to prospective customers.
Follow up on leads, negotiate, and convert prospects into customers.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Maintain daily sales reports, customer records, and MIS.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Provide regular updates on sales performance to the reporting manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing,



or a related field preferred.
2–5 years of relevant sales experience.
Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in lead generation, customer acquisition, and relationship management.
Ability to achieve targets and work independently.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel for field sales, if required.

Preferred Experience Experience in FinTech, banking, payment services, B2B/B2C sales, merchant onboarding, DMT, AEPS, or Micro ATM (MATM) will be an advantage.
