Job Title: Assistant Manager Formwork

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, supervise, and monitor formwork activities as per project schedules.
Prepare and review formwork drawings, layouts, and execution methodologies.
Coordinate with site execution, QA/QC, planning, and safety teams.
Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of formwork works.
Optimize formwork utilization and minimize material wastage.
Resolve technical issues related to formwork systems and site execution.
Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project specifications.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
8+ years of experience in formwork engineering within the construction industry.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
Robust technical knowledge of Monolithic Aluminium Formwork (Mivan/Aluform Shuttering) systems.
Valuable understanding of construction drawings and site coordination.
Solid communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
