We are looking for a proactive, organized, and student-focused Academic Coordinator to ensure smooth academic operations, maintain effective communication with students and parents, and coordinate with faculty members to ensure classes run as scheduled.

Key Responsibilities:
Student Support: Address and resolve student queries, concerns, and academic-related issues promptly and professionally.
Parent Coordination: Communicate with parents regarding students’ academic progress, class schedules, attendance, and other relevant updates.
Class Scheduling & Monitoring: Ensure all classes are conducted as per the planned schedule and start and finish on time.
Faculty Coordination: Coordinate with faculty members to ensure their availability and timely attendance for scheduled classes.
Academic Operations: Monitor day-to-day academic activities and ensure smooth coordination between students, parents, and faculty.
Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts,



faculty availability issues, and other operational challenges efficiently.
Communication & Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with students, parents, and faculty to ensure a positive and uninterrupted learning experience.

Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable organizational, coordination, and time-management abilities.
A student-first approach with a problem-solving mindset.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle queries professionally.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and communication tools.
Prior experience in academic coordination, student support, counselling, or education operations will be an added advantage.
