Role & responsibilities : The role is responsible to lead the Financial Planning and Analysis function by providing strategic financial insights, budgeting, forecasting and partnering with business to drive data-based decision making, bringing operational efficiencies and long-term financial sustainability.

Preferred candidate profile
Lead the financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes across business verticals
Partner with business and functional heads to develop long term strategy and AOP
Analyze and report financial performance (Budget vs Actual) and providing actionable insights to improve business performances
Prepare monthly/ quarterly management reports, dashboards and financial KPIs for leadership and board reviews.
Consolidation of PnL
Lead business case preparation for current products, markets or business lines
Conduct profitability analysis and margin improvement scenarios. Overall ownership of the P&L;
Act as a key partner to the CFO in financial strategy and special projects
