Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – HR to manage end-to-end HR operations, payroll, employee relations, and workforce management while partnering with business teams to drive employee engagement and organisational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and exit formalities.
Handle hands-on payroll processing, salary inputs, attendance, leave management, and payroll reconciliation.
Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, TDS, and applicable labour laws.
Partner with business managers to address employee concerns, improve engagement, and support employee retention.
Drive performance management, appraisal cycles, employee development, and talent management initiatives.
Implement HR policies, manage employee grievances,



and support conflict resolution.
Analyse HR metrics, workforce data, and attrition trends to recommend improvements.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR reports, and HRMS data.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant qualification.
4 years of experience in HR operations and generalist activities.
Robust hands-on experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Positive understanding of employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/payroll tools.
Robust communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
