Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Academic Counselors who can guide parents and students toward the right learning programs, convert leads into admissions, and contribute to the center’s revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective parents and students through inbound and outbound calls.
Understand students’ academic needs and recommend suitable learning programs.
Counsel parents on course offerings, advantages, and learning outcomes.
Follow up with interested leads and convert them into admissions.
Achieve monthly sales, admission, and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate lead details, follow-ups, and sales updates in the CRM.
Build strong relationships with parents and ensure a positive enrollment experience.
Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.

Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
Solid communication and convincing skills.
Interest in sales, counseling, and education.
Target-oriented with valuable follow-up and negotiation skills.
Freshers and experienced candidates with relevant sales or counseling experience may apply.
