Fruit Formulations (FruitFM) is hiring an Assistant Manager – Inventory & Flow Planning for our Jejuri plant. You'll own one transparent daily plan for materials, production and dispatch, and keep one correct view of demand, stock and QA status, so the factory avoids shortages, excess, ageing and expiry while protecting delivery, food safety and cash.

What you'll do
Prepare the daily plan for approved demand, materials, production and dispatch
Keep stock correct by item, batch, location, expiry and QA status; match physical stock with ERP
Flag shortages, excess, near-expiry stock and blocked WIP early; close actions with Sales, Procurement, Stores, Production, QA and Finance




Run a short daily flow meeting and weekly stock review; follow FEFO and batch traceability; escalate risks within 2 hours

What we're looking for
Bachelor's in supply chain, engineering, operations, food technology or related field
4–7 years' experience, including 2+ years in manufacturing inventory or planning (food, beverage, FMCG or batch manufacturing preferred)
Robust ERP and Excel; working knowledge of MRP, BOM, FEFO and stock control
Practical, hands-on, comfortable on the factory floor

Reports to Head – Factory Operations.
