Role & responsibilities
Responsible for Accessories development for Recent Projects, Limited Editions & Buy and Sell Items
Basic knowledge on Manufacturing Processes like Injection Moulding, Blow Moulding, Vacuum Forming, Surface finishing, Press forming, etc.
Material Selection knowledge (Plastic, Sheet Metal, Rubber, Composites, etc.)
Basics of Validation & Testing (Fitment, Vehicle Integration, Regulatory Compliance understanding, etc.)
Liaison with Engineering, Purchase, Suppliers, etc. to ensure timely Design & Development
Ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets are achieved
Cross functional coordination
Self-initiator in exploring upcoming Accessories refreshment options in the Market
Open to travel
Cross Functional coordination & liaison
Prior experience in Parts / Accessories Development.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint desirable
