Job Overview

Accenture is hiring Customer Service Representatives for its International Voice process. We are looking for graduates with at least 1 year of international voice process experience and robust communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and provide effective resolutions over international voice calls.
Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards.
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information.
Maintain professionalism and follow company policies and procedures.
Meet performance targets related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduate in any stream.




Experience: Minimum 1 year of international voice process experience (mandatory).
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Customer-focused approach with solid problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, as per business requirements.
Willingness to work from the Mumbai office.

Compensation & Interview Process
CTC: Up to ₹6.5 LPA, depending on experience and interview performance.
Interview Mode: Virtual.
