Roles and Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare sales invoices, purchase bills, vouchers, and ledger entries.
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Maintain GST and TDS documentation and assist with statutory compliance.
Track customer outstanding payments and vendor payments.
Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate accounting records.
Coordinate with the CA or auditing team for accounts finalization and tax-related work.
Assist in monthly closing, budgeting, and audit documentation.
Maintain financial records using Tally, MS Excel, or other accounting software.
