Role & responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting, including purchase, sales, expenses, receipts, payments, and ledger maintenance in Tally Prime.
Perform bank reconciliation, customer and vendor ledger reconciliation, and GSTR-2B reconciliation.
Handle GST compliance, including preparation and filing of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B returns.
Manage TDS calculations, payments, and quarterly TDS return filing.
Maintain inventory records and coordinate with purchase, stores, and production teams for stock reconciliation.
Prepare monthly MIS reports covering sales, expenses, profitability, receivables, payables, and inventory.
Prepare monthly cash flow statements and projections, and conduct financial ratio analysis.
Coordinate with banks, the Company's Chartered Accountant, auditors, tax consultants, and other external stakeholders.
Assist in financial statement preparation, audit requirements,



statutory compliance, and monthly closing.
For the Accounts Head position, supervise the accounts team, review financial reports, monitor working capital, strengthen internal controls, and provide financial insights to management.

Preferred candidate profile
7 to 12 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing company.
B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent qualification;
Strong experience in financial reporting, MIS, cash flow management, statutory compliance, inventory accounting, and team management.
