Job Purpose To develop recent business, manage dealers, handling projects, build relationships with government organizations and architects, and achieve sales targets for the company's products.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
Generate leads, meet customers, and close sales.
Develop government, corporate, and project sales.
Obtain product approvals from government departments, architects, and consultants.
Appoint dealers and distributors and manage existing networks.
Study market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
Maintain customer relationships and explore new markets.
Manage sales teams, set targets, and monitor performance (for Sales Manager).

Required Skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
Experience in business development and dealer management.




Knowledge of building materials and interior products.
Ability to develop government and corporate relationships.
Target-oriented approach and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
