· Creating quotes: Preparing quotes for customers, ensuring they are accurate and complete, and that they comply with company policies
· Communicating with customers: Communicating with customers to ensure they understand the specifications and requirements of the project
· Gathering information: Gathering information from customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, including pricing information and special-order items
· Providing customer service: Providing exceptional customer service and responding promptly to customer inquiries
· Supporting the sales team: Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, such as data entry and reporting
· Ensuring on-time delivery: Ensuring that work is delivered to the agreed service level and on time
· Updating records: Updating records for each project quoted and the project calendar
· Managing contracts: Managing contracts the company has entered into
· Participating in meetings: Participating in customer and supplier meetings as required
Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred) (BE, B.Sc, DME)
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
