We are looking to hire Admission Counsellors (Inside Sales) for our I2CAN Institute.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Contact prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and incoming enquiries.
Counsel students and understand their educational background, interests, and career goals.
Explain our courses, eligibility criteria, fees, course duration, and career prospects.
Follow up with interested students and convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Maintain lead records and admission details in the CRM.
Coordinate with the academic team for student onboarding and batch commencement.

Salary Package: ₹3–3.5 LPA + attractive performance-based incentives.
We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and an interest in student counselling and admissions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
