7+ years of experience with A/B Test setup and Development [Front End] in Adobe Target
In-depth knowledge of Adobe Target, including campaign setup, audience creation, audience segmentation and profile management
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Vanilla JavaScript and DOM manipulation
Solid verbal and written communication skills are needed for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills to resolve technical challenges.
Knowledge of UI/UX design concepts, visual elements, and responsive design best practices.
Experience with Git for code management and reusability
Teamwork, adaptability, and a proactive approach to project deadlines.
Familiarity with Figma, or similar design tools to interpret visual designs.
Knowledge on React JS (not mandatory, valuable to have)

Set-up A/B tests in Adobe Target and develop them using Front End Technologies like HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Work on campaign setup, audience creation, audience segmentation and profile management
Implement responsive design principles to ensure seamless user experience across devices and screen sizes.
Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code adhering to coding standards and best practices.
Debug and troubleshoot frontend issues and implement effective solutions.
Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies, trends, and best practices.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project requirements and timelines.
Participate in agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
