8+ years of experience with a Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Data Science or a related field, with some focus on AI, Machine Learning, or Computer Vision.
Exceptional proficiency in Python.
Proficiency in deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Experience with advanced techniques for fine-tuning models
Experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS (preferred)
Solid in solving complex problems and demonstrated ability to adapt, proactive and a positive influence on the rest of the team.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to the target audience.
Expertise in 3D reconstruction from 2D images, with a focus on different medical modalities.
Solid knowledge of medical image segmentation (e.g., using U-Net or similar architectures)
Experience with medical devices regulated documentation
