Job Responsibilities:
Prepare architectural concepts, floor plans, elevations, sections and detailed working drawings.
Develop architectural drawings as per project requirements and applicable building regulations.
Coordinate with RCC/Structural, MEP, Landscape and other consultants.
Review and coordinate consultant drawings to ensure proper integration.
Conduct site visits and monitor execution as per approved architectural drawings.
Coordinate with clients, contractors and project teams for design and technical requirements.
Prepare and review BOQ, specifications, material schedules and tender-related documents.
Assist in obtaining statutory approvals and coordinate with relevant authorities.
Identify site/design issues and provide practical architectural solutions.
Maintain drawing revisions, project documentation and records.
Attend project meetings and provide technical/design support.
Ensure quality, accuracy and timely completion of assigned architectural deliverables.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
Knowledge of Revit / SketchUp / 3D software will be an added advantage.
Valuable knowledge of architectural detailing and construction practices.
Knowledge of NBC, UDCPR/DCR and building regulations.
Robust coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
