Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage daily accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, process transactions, and support financial reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, payment, and receipt entries.
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Maintain petty cash records and monitor cash transactions.
Assist with monthly closing and financial statement preparation.
Handle GST-related accounting, including data preparation for GST returns.
Support TDS calculations, deductions, and related documentation.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, and internal departments.
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on receivables.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure financial records are accurate.




Assist with internal and external audits.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.

Required Qualifications and Skills
B.Com, M.Com, or an equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
2–5 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
Valuable knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
Working knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and ledger management.
Robust numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
