Key Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and develop a team of insurance agents
Set and achieve sales targets while providing ongoing support and motivation to agents
Monitor and evaluate team performance, offering feedback and guidance to improve results
Establish and maintain relationships with agents to foster a positive working environment
Conduct regular training sessions on products, sales techniques, and industry updates
Develop strategies to enhance agent productivity and drive sales growth
