Data storage monitoring and verification.

Mentoring the team and develop their skills by frequent interaction ,provide feed back on their actions .

Working with Cross fucntional team in current projects .

Key Responsibilities and Skills
Breakdown Analysis & Corrective Action Planning
Conduct root cause analysis of major and recurring breakdowns in automation systems.
Develop and implement action plans to eliminate repeat issues and improve system reliability.
Preventive and Predictive Maintenance
Ensure timely execution of preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
Optimize maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
Automation Project Development
Design, develop, and program PLCs, Robotics, and HMI systems for current automation projects.




Drive productivity improvements through innovative automation solutions.
Team Management
Allocate tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely project completion.
Manage team attendance, leave planning, and overtime to maintain optimal resource utilization.
Communication & Collaboration
Maintain explicit communication with stakeholders and cross-functional teams upon project completion.
Ensure all relevant parties are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
Cost Consciousness
Maintain a cost-conscious approach in all activities to optimize resource usage and reduce operational expenses.
Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving
