AI Lead / AI Solution Architect – Agentic AI & LLM

Interview Availability: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM IST

We are looking for an experienced AI Lead / Architect to design scalable, secure, and production-ready Agentic AI, Conversational AI, and LLM-based solutions, with strong expertise in AI architecture, agent orchestration, Azure AI services, enterprise integrations, and LLM observability.

Required Skills & Experience:-
9+ years of IT experience with relevant AI/ML, GenAI, or Conversational AI expertise.
Solid experience in AI Solution Architecture, LLM applications, and Agentic AI systems.
Hands-on experience or strong understanding of LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
Strong knowledge of AI agents, intent routing, state management, tool calling, fallback, and orchestration.
Experience or familiarity with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure AI services.




Robust understanding of REST APIs, microservices, cloud architecture, and enterprise integrations.
Experience or strong understanding of LLM Observability, monitoring, logging, tracing, latency, cost, and quality tracking.
Knowledge of AI security, privacy, scalability, and responsible AI practices.
Strong technical leadership, architecture design, and stakeholder communication skills.

Positive to Have:-
MCP (Model Context Protocol), RAG, vector databases, and semantic search.
Experience with CRM, contact center, or enterprise AI applications.

Note: Candidates must have strong AI architecture expertise, not just basic chatbot development or prompt engineering experience.
