Would be responsible for a set of branches.
Empanelment of recent vendors and finalize a rate contract
Repair & Maintenance of Non – IT assets to be undertaken on requirement.
Ensure preventive maintenance are undertaken by the appointed Annual Maintenance Contractor.
All current assets received are tagged and Physical Asset Verification are conducted.
All payment of the vendors & landlords is processed on time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*
Be approachable & maintain cordial & skilled approach towards the internal & external customers.
Ensure Renewal/Surrender process of the premises are done within the stipulated timeline.
Ensure the provided Fire Extinguishers/ Fire Alarm are active and Fire Drill are conducted on the expected timelines.
MANDATORY SKILLS REQUIRED*
Education qualification – Technical - Electrical/ Civil
Should have managed premises size of 25000 sq ft & above.
Should have managed contract staffs like Housekeeping, Security, Technician etc
Should have Knowledge of BMS (will be added advantage).
Should have knowledge of Premises compliance.
