: AI/ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning models and AI-powered applications.
Collect, preprocess, and analyze datasets from multiple sources.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement AI/ML solutions.
Optimize models for accuracy, performance, scalability, and production readiness.
Develop and maintain pipelines for model training, evaluation, deployment, and inference.
Evaluate model performance and improve results through experimentation and tuning.
Document code, experiments, model performance, and implementation processes.
Stay updated with emerging AI/ML technologies and industry best practices.

Technical Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
1–4 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development; candidates with relevant internships and academic projects may also be considered.
Proficiency in Python and libraries such as NumPy and Pandas.




Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Keras.
Robust understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical concepts.
Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and hyperparameter tuning.
Familiarity with deploying and integrating ML models into applications or APIs.
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is an advantage.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or MLOps tools is a plus.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience working on real-world AI/ML projects.
Understanding of model deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
Ability to collaborate effectively and explain technical concepts clearly.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
