Job Title: Accounts ManagerJob Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the CA firm experinece, financial operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting functions, support financial reporting, and contribute to the company’s financial health.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily accounting operations (AP, AR, general ledger)
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies
Handle bank reconciliations and audit support
Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors
Review invoices, payments, and expense reports
Supervise and guide accounting staff
Implement and improve accounting systems and processes
Ensure timely filing of taxes (GST/VAT, income tax, etc.)

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Skilled certification (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA)



preferred Or minimum 2 years of experience as an Manager
7–10 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP)
Advanced MS Excel skills

May require extended hours during financial closing periods

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
