Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective supplier quality management systems to ensure high-quality products.
Conduct regular audits and assessments of suppliers to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve overall product quality.
Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Provide training and coaching to internal stakeholders on supplier quality procedures and best practices.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electronics or a related field.
Proven experience in supplier quality management, preferably in the electronics industry.
Solid knowledge of quality management principles and practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace and meet deadlines.
Solid analytical and reporting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
