Pre Audit as per customer check sheet
Horizontal deployment of actions ( Japan/ YIPL plants )in other plants
Quality performance data monitoring & review with plant QA
Improvement plan preparation/ follow up/ compliance
Full time involvement from initial stage to till SOP.1.
