Maintain high standards of beverage presentation, quality, and consistency.
Provide excellent guest service with skilled communication and product knowledge.
Recommend beverages and cocktails to guests based on their preferences and food pairings.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of the bar area.
Monitor bar inventory, maintain stock records, and report shortages to the supervisor.
Ensure proper handling and storage of beverages, glassware, and bar equipment.
Follow standard recipes, portion control, and responsible alcohol service practices.
Coordinate with the service team and kitchen to ensure smooth and timely service.
Handle guest requests and complaints professionally while maintaining fine-dining service standards.
Assist in preparing the bar setup before service and closing duties after service.
Follow restaurant SOPs, safety guidelines, and company policies.
