Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily real estate activities and support the sales and management teams.
Manage property listings, availability, pricing, and related information.
Schedule property site visits, client meetings, and follow-up calls.
Handle client inquiries and provide information about available properties.
Maintain and update customer databases, CRM records, and sales reports.
Coordinate with brokers, agents, developers, and property owners.
Prepare and maintain property documents, agreements, quotations, and transaction records.
Track sales leads and follow up with prospective buyers and tenants.
Assist with booking procedures, negotiations, and closing documentation.
Monitor sales targets, prepare daily and monthly reports, and provide updates to management.
Ensure timely communication and a positive customer experience.
Provide administrative support for property marketing and promotional activities.

Required Qualifications




Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
Experience in real estate coordination, sales administration, or customer service is an advantage.
Valuable communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email, and CRM software.
Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Solid customer service and problem-solving abilities.
